By booking an appointment with Sachaesthetics & Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Fees
All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once an appointment is confirmed. Booking fees secure your time and date and are deducted from the final balance where applicable.
Bridal Bookings
For bridal makeup bookings, the remaining balance is due no later than 5 weeks prior to the wedding date. Failure to pay the balance by this time may result in cancellation of the booking with the booking fee forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Salon Appointments)
All non-bridal salon appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in the full appointment cost being charged, regardless of reason.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation if it impacts subsequent bookings. Full charges may still apply.
Conduct & Standards
Any form of slander, false claims, defamatory statements, or malicious behaviour towards Sachaesthetics & Beauty, whether online or in person, will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future services and/or further action if necessary.
